My name is Caroline Loe. I was born and raised in Indonesia and am currently a Junior in in Food Science & Technology at Oregon State University and also an Undergraduate Researcher developing the perfect edible food fruit roll ups packaging made from polysaccharide and cranberry extract pomace. Being an international student, living a foreign country and culture, is both fascinating and scary at the same time. Each day, I learn so many new perspectives and lessons, yet longing to go home to my family.
